Hey, Percusso.

It sounds like your blood, sweat, and possibly a few tears along the way are really paying off.  Great work!  And interesting insight/tips into what is required to become a maker of quality Handpan.  :)

I've been considering trying my hand at building for awhile now, and am not sure if your post is inspiring, or has put me off the idea even more. :D

I've heard of a lot of people in Australia struggling to get their hands on a pan, so if you're not already, I'm sure you'll be overrun with requests very soon.  I think you might be the first Australian maker that I've heard of.

Thank you for introducing us to your work.  And if you have/create a website/facebook page/etc., drop us a link, so people know where to go for more info.  :)

Hope to hear more soon...

Re: Pi handpan made in Australia

Hi Matt,

only to shops? so you wont sell me one, but would if i was overseas? man that sucks? what shops?

im in south east qld and would be happy to drive down and pick up a beauty from you. please consider selling one to me as i want to buy Australian for the same reason you prefer not to sell international, for retuning or repairs your local.

Re: Pi handpan made in Australia

Hey, Fergo,

While I don't mean to answer on behalf of Matt, I noticed that this website currently has them listed for sale: http://oceansofrhythm.com/product/pi-drum/

If that helps at all...

Re: Pi handpan made in Australia

Mat , Thank you so much ,feeling awfully stupid for having it happen ,. Now is there any way to contact you direct ,although I understand that you cannot afford to waste time if your details go viral.Might isuggest a facebook name where messages can be sent without having to friend everyone. I just would like an alternate contact point to keep track of my baby ,but I do understand if you'd prefer just the forum .regards and respect Max
